What products do you sell?

Arrabella Moon offers unique, martial arts-inspired products designed to celebrate strength, resilience, discipline, and the Unbreakable Warrior Spirit. Our collection currently includes t-shirts, mugs, and stickers featuring original designs created for martial artists, fighters, and those who never give up.

Are your products available in stores?

No. Our designs are available exclusively online through the Arrabella Moon store.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create each product especially for our customers.


Sizing

How do I choose the correct t-shirt size?

Please refer to the Size Guide provided on each t-shirt product page before placing your order. We strongly recommend checking the measurements carefully to ensure the best fit.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the sizing chart carefully before purchasing.

We currently ship to:

We may expand to additional countries and regions in the future.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes between 1–5 business days before your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

United States

Standard shipping typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days

after production is complete.

Canada

Standard shipping typically takes:

  • 10–30 business days

after production is complete.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories?

Yes. However, delivery may require an additional 7–12 business days beyond standard shipping estimates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some products are produced and shipped from different fulfilment facilities. If you order multiple items, such as a t-shirt, mug, and sticker, they may arrive separately and on different dates.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No. We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Accidental orders
  • Buyer's remorse

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the shipping label

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.


Care Instructions

How should I care for my t-shirt?

For best results:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Wash inside out
  • Tumble dry low heat
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on the printed design
  • Do not dry clean

Following these instructions will help preserve the quality and longevity of the print.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
