Thank you for shopping with Arrabella Moon. Every item is custom-made to order, which means your product is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing & Production

All orders are processed and produced before shipment.

Production times typically range from 1–5 business days, although production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, seasonal demand, and other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your selected destination.

At this time, Arrabella Moon ships to:

  • United States
  • Canada

We may expand shipping to additional countries and regions in the future.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States

After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days

Canada

After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 10–30 business days
  • Customers in Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days beyond standard shipping estimates.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time consists of:

  1. Production Time
  2. Shipping Time

For example, a U.S. order may require:

  • 1–5 business days for production
  • Plus 2–5 business days for shipping

Actual delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Products in One Order

Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities.

If your order contains multiple items, such as t-shirts, mugs, or stickers, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High seasonal demand
  • Labour disruptions
  • Supply chain issues
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, this may result in delays, additional shipping charges, or failed delivery. Arrabella Moon is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at arrabella.moon@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Arrabella Moon is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
